Custom Flotilla shirts made by a variety of brands, and vary in fit. American Apparel tees tend to run small and are fitted (the opposite of baggy) and a bit longer than most tees. Please contact me prior to purchasing if you have any questions or doubts about the right size for you, I can even supply shirt measurements. Some Custom Flotilla products are made “in house” by me in batches using a local printer, and some are made on demand by a printer called The Printful.
In-house products: these include Death baseball tees, All Known Metal Bands tees, Stop Faking Sense tees, and all non-clothing items. Please email me if there is any problem with the product you received (or didn’t) at email@example.com and I will help resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
All other products: these are made by The Printful, who state “Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else in your order, please submit a problem report by following the instructions in the video here: https://youtu.be/FMI6BWhnCT4”
I make every effort to charge the lowest possible amount for shipping while covering my costs. Contact me, prior to purchasing, at firstname.lastname@example.org with any shipping questions or if you would like to make special shipping arrangements. It may not always be possible to cater to special requests due to product sourcing, but I am happy to try to make an arrangement that works for you.
Your order of In-House Products (see above) will be processed within 3-5 business days, and we will contact you if circumstances dictate a longer processing time. All other orders are subject to The Printful’s processing time: the standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days.
Although I prefer to send replacement products for those that have problems, Custom Flotilla will refund you the full purchase amount, minus the cost of the original shipping, for returned products. Again, please email me at email@example.com so we can come up with the best solution.
Custom Flotilla respects your privacy. When you order, we gather your address and email address to process your order and ship to you. We may occasionally send you a postcard with new product info to your physical address, because who doesn’t like getting mail. Otherwise, we do not use, disclose, or otherwise manage any customer’s data for any reason. We will not even add you to our e-mail list unless you fill out the opt-in form on this website. Please contact us if you would like to opt out of postcards.
